Our story
Nova Domus Properties was licensed by the Dubai Land Department in December 2021. From our office in Barsha Heights, we advise buyers, sellers, landlords and investors on homes across Dubai, from studios in JVC to waterfront residences on Palm Jumeirah.
We keep our list short on purpose. Before a property reaches a client, we check the developer, the community and the numbers, so the advice you get is the advice we would follow ourselves.

For ready property, first call to keys can take just a few weeks. Off-plan follows the developer’s payment plan.

Your brief
A call or WhatsApp chat about your goals, budget, timeline and whether you plan to live in the property or rent it out.

Your shortlist
Three to five properties that fit, each with the full cost of buying, service charges and expected rental yield.

Viewings and offer
In person or by live video. We negotiate the price and terms, then prepare the sale agreement.

Transfer and keys
We handle the developer NOC, the trustee office and Dubai Land Department registration, then hand you the keys.
